The Kleeneze history starts way back with a gentleman called Harry Crook. In the early part of the 20th century, he was trying to seek his fortune in the USA. He returned to England in 1923 after obtaining work with the Fuller Brush company. A short while later he set up his own brush company called Kleen-e-z-e and based it in Bristol. In 1930 the company annual turnover went over £1 million for the very first time. Diversification came in 1937 with the introduction of wax polishes to compliment the brushes. Kleeneze obtained a place in industrial history in 1959 by becoming the first company to introduce the 40 hour week.

Kleeneze are a founder member of the  Direct Selling Association (DSA) and are members of the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) who hold their member companies to a strict code of trading ethics.

Then in 1970 Kleeneze was one of the first ever companies in the UK to pioneer MLM or network marketing as it's business model going forward.

The first Kleeneze catalogue, called ‘Shopping at Home’ – was produced in 1982. This replaced the door to door salesman with his suitcase, who became the new door to door salesman with his catalogue.

After celebrating their 75th anniversary in 1998, Kleeneze extended its field of operation into Ireland and changed its name to Kleeneze Europe Limited. Just 6 years later, the company expanded its operations into the Netherlands and then a year later, Germany.

Kleeneze Catalogue Distribution

A Kleeneze distributor can earn an immediate income by leaving the Kleeneze catalogues with friends, family and households and collecting orders a couple of days later. Typical monthly earnings are £200-£800+ depending on how much time Kleeneze agents have to put into their Kleeneze business.

An example of this method is: If a Kleeneze agent distributes and collects just 200 catalogues per week (part-time), the expected total orders would be around £800, as the national average is around £1 per catalogue placed to non customers. From this the Kleeneze retailers, would earn 21% retail profit (cash in hand), which is collected from the customers as the Kleeneze agent delivers the orders to the customers doorstep (It is reported that all new agents receive at least a £500 credit limit (this has not been confirmed)). Using this example the income over 4 weeks would be £168 and you would then qualify for additional Volume Profit.

Volume Profit is paid directly from Kleeneze based on Sales Volume, starting at 6% for total orders over £764, through 8% for orders over £1528, right through to 16% for £8813+ in a 4-week period. By producing orders of £800 in a 4-week period you will have exceeded the threshold for the 6% Volume Profit.Kleeneze, as with a lot of global MLM companies uses a 4 week business period to calculate Volume sales which means the Kleeneze distributer gets paid 13 times a year and not 12!

Of course the more Kleeneze products an agent retails the more they will earn in retail commision. There is then the second part to Kleeneze the Network Mareting side (this is where the big money kicks in)
