4D Fitness is a franchise opportunity in the Mobile Personal Training and Fitness Consultancy sector. The founder Nick Berners-Price has been a personal trainer for around 14 years and started 4 Dimensional Fitness in 1998.
He has worked with over 1,000 people to improve their health, fitness and performance. He has an Honours Degree in Economics and has managed one of the countries largest team of instructors, worked as a recruitment consultant in the city and spent two years as a Director of a Corporate Performance Company. As well as managing and expanding 4D Fitness, he delivers presentations on nutrition, lifestyle and posture in the corporate market and runs a Corporate Wellness Programme for a multinational company.
4D Fitness franchisees are mobile personal trainers who focus on exercise, nutrition, posture and lifestyle, and can bring clients solutions for all 4 in one training schedule with one trainer. 4D Trainers work exclusively for 4D and are part of a team rather than freelance personal trainers. They are REPS Level 3, hold advanced qualifications and are experienced trainers. Franchisees use the 4D Health and Performance Training system to help clients to achieve optimal results quickly and safely.
4D Fitness are looking for people with energy, intelligence, a sense of humour, determination and great people skills to become franchisees. An extensive training programme is provided, as well as a proven advertising system and commercial training. Prices vary according to location and experience of the trainer. The standard cost is £45 per hour. This can be reduced for certain times of the day. Some highly experienced members of the team have higher fees. The fee will be inclusive of exercise, nutrition and postural programmes, and give the client access to the range of health and fitness solutions available to 4 Dimensional Fitness. There are no joining fees, travel expenses or VAT to pay.
