Multi-disciplined recruitment agency providing temporary and permanent placements across many different sectors. 247 Staff claims to offer a bespoke service to suit their customer’s needs and provide a ‘hands on’ personal approach. 247 staff operates in the large and growing recruitment services market. Competition is tough and widespread consisting of national agencies and smaller operators.
They currently promote an offer of no initial franchise licence fee however total set up costs are likely to be in the region of £40,000 plus VAT. Company operations and training manuals are provided with classroom training at Head Office followed by on site training and a 10 year franchise agreement. Start up costs may include building work, if required, shop front, doorway and company signage and computers and software, telecommunications,fax, broadband connection and a suitable reliable vehicle. The franchisee will receive training in telesales and networking. Support is also provided to find a suitable location for the business and to assist with producing a business plan.
Prospective franchisees are encouraged to talk to existing 247 staff franchisees and visit their offices. Ideal prospective franchisees will be mature and come from a management background. The franchisor collects funds centrally through a factoring company and make provision for the payment of wages on behalf of the franchisee.
