More reasons to build up multiple income streams, with a second income or business.

Well for what is normally a very positive person, I seem to be becoming more and more negative recently. I am in the young proffesional sector of working humans, and this mean, not paid enough to get a mortgage, and lots of driving to and from work, this means lots of petrol, which in turn means lots and lots of cost. Sounds like a good plan hey, and then Gordon Brown wants to put up car tax, and the tax on petrol, which is already something like 70p a letre, nice one Gordon. !!! Way to support the loyal Labour voters, wonder if you will get voted back in, at the next general election ???

Anyway it is for this reason, that its more and more important for everyone to have a 2nd or 3rd stream of income. And if its residual income even better (residual income, means being paid over and over again for something you do just once (like singers get))

There are many ways to build up another income stream, and this can be done online or offline. One I use is google adverts  (to the left) Not sure how succesful this will be, as this blog isnt that busy with traffic yet (unlike some of my other ones) and so time will tell on this. Even if I could get google to a few dollars a day it will be a good start. Over time I may replace google, with paid advertising run by myself, but at the start google can do its thing.

Many people will run an ebay business, simply going to carboot sales, and then selling things they have bought cheap, on for a profit on ebay. Other people will start a business, or even take a second job.

Some people will look towards joining a network marketing company. I am a member of one to find out about it click here. I wont mention its name on here, as it may brign up rivals adverts in the google, and then you may join them and not me. There are many of these legitimate opportunities in the UK and the world. A few of the ones in the UK include, Kleeneze, Telecom plus, Oriflame, Avon, Herbalife and many more.

Then there is of course the Franchise opportunities as well. These allow people to buy into an existing and normally successful business model. You pay a royalty to the company you buy the franchise from, and for this, you normally are allowed to use the company brand and business knowledge.

No matter how you create your additional income streams, which allow you to do more of what you want the important thing is that you do it. Even if only to give you an extra £50 per weekm if it pays a few bills then its got to be worth it. Espically when you consider more and more people are realising that they can no longer afford their mortgage, or in some case not even get one. Allmost everyone needs more money, and my plan is to create 1/2 income streams, that dont impact on my day job, so I can reap the benefits of both the work world, and the extra income world.

Although for some people this could be an "exit route" from there current job. A recent article on the bbc news website, states that according to YouGov research, more than four in ten UK employees are considering quitting their job in the next year (article dated 21/04/2008) The research suggests a lack of motivation at work is a major problem, as well as unreasonable work loads, feeling underpaid (dont we all know that one !!) and a lack of career path also being blamed.

The research then goes on to say that employees who have been at a company for two years or less are the most likely to want to leave. So maybe you sitting here reading my blog, are one of these people ? If so maybe asuperincome.co.uk could be a great way to make money, and escape your job.

So for many different reasons, be it like me, you want to build a career and build other income streams to get on the housing ladder, or if you want to leave your career, extra income from a business of some kind, be it a home based spare time business, or a full time franchise, or new venture. Its more and more important to get more money, and more income into our lives.

I wish you all the best in your quest, I hope some of you look at my site, and some of you join. It wont be for everyone, so I hope whatever you decide is best for you works, and we can all start to not have to worry about money ever again, one day soon.

All the best come back soon !! – asupeincome the income and money blog.

Franchise Information

As part of a super income's mission to bring you the readers, the best information, on all ways to make and save money. It seemed an obvious choice to include a section on franchises. So overtime, I will be reviewing lots of different franchise systems, providing the readers of a superincome.com with useful information on some of the franchises avaliable.

A brief introduction to franchises is below.

Franchising refers to the method of practicing and using another persons philosophy of business. The "franchisor" authorizes the proven methods and trademarks of his business to the "franchisee" for a fee and a percentage of gross monthly sales. Various tangibles and intangibles such as national or international advertising, training, and other support services are commonly made available by the franchisor. Agreements typically last five to twenty years, with premature cancellations or terminations of most contracts bearing serious consequences for franchisees.

A franchise agreement will usually specify the given territory the franchisee retains exclusive control over, as well as the extent to which the franchisee will be supported by the franchisor (e.g. training and marketing campaigns).

The franchisor typically earns royalties on the gross sales of the franchisee. In such cases, franchisees must pay royalties whether or not they are realizing profits from their franchised business.

Businesses for which franchises is said to works best have the following characteristics

Businesses with a good track record of profitability.
Businesses built around a unique or unusual concept.
Businesses with broad geographic appeal.
Businesses which are relatively easy to operate.
Businesses which are relatively inexpensive to operate.
Businesses which are easily duplicated.

For more information, and if you are thinking of starting a franchise always do you research, and consult the British Franchise association (for those in the UK) at http://www.thebfa.org/

 A brief update

Wow, this blog is taking some effort to get going. Mainly because I have not spent much time on it, I guess. You see, whilst I battle for my dream, of time freedom. Giving me the ability to do what I like when I like, I have kind of got stuck in the rat race myself, long commuting, numerous bits of study, builfding my online business at www.asuperincome.co.uk and running my other websites anfd blogs. Living life has ground to a holt, whilst I work work work at numerous things.

I guess I always thought it wasnt going to be easy to create multiple streams of income. To build an online/offline work from home business, whilst maintain a normal job, to coillect the benefits of work, and to work out some other residual income streams. Anyway, I am now back on track, I think !!

And my asuperincome blog, form now on will be updated more often. So please come back from time to time to see what has been added. Lots of new things will be on the site, including MLM reviews, Franchise opportunity reviews, money saving tips, money making tips, general rants by me, and of course the book reviews, which I have been failing to do. (letting myself down there)

Thats it for now, I am off to update my other income making blog, and then get some tea.

Asuperincome helping you make and save money.

Here at asuperincome we aren't just about making money, far from it. We are all about saving money too. Lets face it money is great when you have it. However whilst on the journey to achieving whatever level of income you want, its just as important to spend your money wisely.

For this reason when I can, I will be adding money saving tips to asuperincome. If its making money your after, then visit www.asuperincome.co.uk which explains all about my amazing home based business, creating me a super residual income.

Okay here are some money saving tips, when topping up you car with petrol or diesel.

ONLYBUY OR FILL UP YOUR CAR OR BIKKIE IN THE EARLY MORNING WHEN THEGROUND TEMPERATURE IS STILL COLD. Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground. The colder the ground, the denser the fuel, when it gets warmer petrol expands, so buying in the afternoon or in the evening…. your liter is not exactly a liter.

Ø     In the petroleum business, the specific gravity and the temperature of the petrol, diesel and jet fuel, ethanol and other petroleum products play an important role. A 1degree rise in temperature is a big deal for this business. But the service stations do not have temperature compensation at the pumps.

WHEN YOU'RE FILLING UP, DO NOT SQUEEZE THE TRIGGER OF THE NOZZLE TO AFAST MODE . If you look, you will see that the trigger has three (3) stages: low, middle, and high. In slow mode, you should be pumping on low speed, thereby minimizing the vapors that are created, while you are pumping. All hoses at the pump have a vapor return. If you are pumping on the fast rate, some of the liquid that goes to your tank becomes vapor. Those vapors are being sucked up and back into the underground storage tank so you're getting less worth for your money.

ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT TIPS IS TO FILL UP WHEN YOUR TANK IS HALFFULL . The reason for this is, the more fuel you have in your tank, the less air occupying its empty space. Petrol evaporates faster than you can imagine. Petroleum storage tanks have an internal floating roof. This roof serves as zero clearance between the petrol and the atmosphere, so it minimizes the evaporation. Unlike service stations, here where I work, every truck that we load is temperature compensated, so that every liter is actually the exact amount.

ANOTHER REMINDER, IF THERE IS A FUEL TRUCK PUMPING INTO THE STORAGE TANKS, WHEN YOU STOP TO BUY, DO NOT FILL UP- most likely the petrol/diesel is being stirred up as the fuel is being delivered, and you might pick up some of the dirt that normally settles on the bottom.

Hope, this will help you get the maximum value for your money.

DO SHARE THESE TIPS WITH OTHERS! LET'S SHARE INFORMATION AND BENEFITALL, FOR THE BETTER OF MANKIND .

Never Ever Give up. Decide now what you want and go for it. For me its the multiple streams of income. An income stream from my job, with a good career and fast moving prospects, and also an online home based income business. Check out some of these famous people who never gave up.

After Fred Astaires first screen test, the memo from the testing director of MGM, dated 1933, said, Cant act! Slightly Bald! Can dance a little! Astaire kept that memo over the fireplace in his Beverly Hills home.

An expert said of Vince Lombardi, (one of the most successful head coaches in the history of American football )

He possesses minimal football knowledge. Lacks Motivation.

Socrates was called, An immoral corrupter of youth.

When Peter J. Daniel was in the fourth grade, his teacher, Mrs. Phillips, constantly said, Peter J. Daniel, youre no good, youre a bad apple and youre never going to amount to anything. Peter was totally illiterate until he was 26. A friend stayed up with him all night and read him a copy of Think and Grow Rich. Now he owns the street corners he used to fight on and just published his latest book, Mrs. Phillips, You Were Wrong.

Louisa May Alcott, the author of Little Women, was encouraged to find work as a servant or seamstress by her family.

Beethoven handled the violin awkwardly and preferred playing his own compositions instead of improving his technique. His teacher called him hopeless as a composer.

The parents of the famous opera singer Enrico Caruso wanted him to be an engineer. His teachers said he had no voice at all and could not sing.

Charles Darwin, father of the Theory of Evolution, gave up a medical career and was told by his father, You care for nothing but shooting, dogs, and rat catching. In his autobiography, Darwin wrote, I was considered by my father, a very ordinary boy, rather below the common standard in intellect.

Walt Disney was fired by a newspaper editor for lack of ideas. Walt Disney also went bankrupt several times before he built Disneyland.

Thomas Edisons teachers said he was too stupid to learn anything.

Albert Einstein did not speak until he was four years old and didnt read until he was seven. His teacher described him as mentally slow, unsociable and adrift forever in his foolish dreams. He was expelled and refused admittance to Zurich Polytechnic School.

Louis Pasteur was only a mediocre pupil in undergraduate studies and ranked 15 out of 22 in chemistry.

Isaac Newton did very poorly in grade school.

The sculptor Rodins father said, I have an idiot for a son. Described as the worst pupil in the school, Rodin failed three times to secure admittance to the school of art. His uncle called him uneducable.

Leo Tolstoy, author of War and Peace, flunked out of college. He was described as both unable and unwilling to learn.

Playwright Tennessee Williams was enraged when his play, Me, Vasha was not chosen in a class competition at Washington University where he was enrolled in English XVI. The teacher recalled that Williams denounced the judges choices and their intelligence.

F. W. Woolworths employers at the dry goods store said he had not enough sense to wait upon customers.

Henry Ford failed and went broke five times before he finally succeeded.

Babe Ruth, considered by sports historians to be the greatest athlete of all time and famous for setting the home run record, also holds the record for strikeouts.

Winston Churchill failed sixth grade. He did not become Prime Minister of England until he was 62, and then only after a lifetime of defeats and setbacks. His greatest contributions came when he was a senior citizen.

Eighteen publishers turned down Richard Bachs Jonathan Livingston Seagull, before Macmillan finally published it in 1970. By 1975 it had sold more than seven million copies in the U.S. alone.

Richard Hooker worked for seven years on his humorous war novel, M*A*S*H, only to have it rejected by 21 publishers before Morrow decided to publish it. It became a runaway bestseller, spawning a blockbusting movie and highly successful television series.

Give up? Perish the thought! Never, ever give up! Never!

You never know what life will deliver to you. Success could be just around the corner! It might become apparent to you if you go just a little farther.

But success will come to you sometime, perhaps when you least expect it, if you always continue to boldly look for it.

Whats more, Youve never heard of the people who gave up.

Success does not come by accident

Success does not come by accident. You cannot buy, inherit or marry into it. Success is the progressive realisation of worthwhil pre-determined goals.

Thats great news, it means that anyone from anywhere can achieve amazing things, if only they decided to achieve, and to also decide the things they want to achieve. Sounds simple hey, well its true. If you start the process of deciding what you want to achieve, and then give it time and work towards your goals they will come true. However don't think that it will happen instantly or that it will be easy. Nothing in this life comes easy and things happen along the way that challenge us. All we need to do is stay on course, and some amazing things can happen.

When you understand and believe in the power of goal setting, its amazing, what actually can happen. The journey life can start to take you on, and the benefits that are so much more than financial. You get to meet some outstanding people, and your "circle" of friends, can change dramatically. People whom you would never ever even think about becoming friends with simply pop out of the wood work, and become very good friends of yourself.  At the same time, some of the old friends and yourself seem to drift apart, as you become more inclined with reaching your goals. This I guess is only natural as we do this in life anyway.

At first, I consider goal setting and the power of dreams to be a load of rubbish. However the more I read into this subject the more it made sense. Why is it that some people live a life full of everything they want and more, whilst some people struggle to get by ????? I truley believe that one of the big difference's is, dreams and goals.

Deciding what you want and going for it is the key. Let no one hold you back, and never ever stop until you reach the point that you have what you want. At this point you will naturally decide upon new goals, and then you will start again.

An old saying says those with goals plan to succeed, thos without goals plan to fail. And this is so true. Its scary to see some people in life with no goals dreams or ambitions. Its awful to see people who simply chose to accept what they are told.

So what are goals ?? Well when setting goals, most people tend to set short term, medium term and long term goals. Short term one's are small goals, that can be achived in a short period of time, and provide some kind of immediate benefit. Medium goals are a bit further away, and will bring bigger rewards. Long term goals are the really far off dreams you have, the big house the nice car etc.

When you set your long term goal, you may not always have any idea, how you will achieve it. However this is where the power of the human brain and the universe kick in. By setting this goal, you are affirming it in your mind. If you remind yourself of your goals on a regular basis, it programmes the brain, to find ways of helping you achieve these goals.

Now you may be thinking what a load of tripe, however let me tell you. That its starting to work for me 100%. Coming from a background where no one went to uni, this was one of my goals, which I am pleased to say I have achieved. Then I wanted to find myself a good career, with good prospects, great people, and nice benefits. Once again this I think (because I am just starting out in my career) I think I have found. And two more, I have always wanted to be succesful in my MLM company. This is starting to happen already with two stories published about me in the company newsletter in 2008, as well as numerous stoires on elottery TV. This like the career is an ongoing goal, there is a lot more people, I have to help in elottery, and a long way yet to go in my career.

Another long goal of mine is to be a publised author. A goal set by many people, I know, but unlike most of them, I am determined for this to happen. My first book is nearly written, and then its time to send it to publishing companies so they can fight over who gets to publish me !!

So as the money is slowely starting to drip in from elottery, and as the career is starting to progress, what has been the best thing so far??? Well its the amazing people I have met, the successful ones, and the people like me, who are determined to get the same level of success in our lifes. In the last two years, I have met many millionaires who have become my mentors, as well as many people in my shoes. Its amazing some of the things, you can find out if you just ask.

OKay so I have mentioned goal setting as one of the most important things of being successfu, so what else is there that plays an important part in this ?

Well goal setting means that people have a clear idea of what they want. This is massive to realise, you need to know what you want in order to be able to get it.

“Knowledge will not attract money unless it is organised and intelligently  directed through practical plans of action to the definite end of accumulation of  money.”  Napoleon Hill Think and Grow Rich

Never Give up Ever

Next, never give up. Successful people never ever stop. As mentioned early, you will get knock backs, people will laugh at your goals, some ideas wont work. It will be hard work, all of these things need to be overcome in order for you to achieve whatever it is you want. Remember in months or years to come when you achieve what you want people wont be laughing then. So let no one get in your way, and let no ones thoughts pollute your mind, from stopping you. Quitters never win, and Winners never Quit.

Have Passion in what you do

This is important that you believe in what you do, and know why you are doing. You see the amazing thing with passion and enthusiam, is that it rubs off on other people. When people see the power of the passion you have in that thing, it creates a wave, and the efforts and belief you have are multipled many times.

Also when your passionate about what you do, it makes things fun, and in some ways even makes it easier. For if you do something you consider to be a "job" then it will always be that just a job, when its fun, then its no longer a job. Think about this, have you ever heard of a successful person, who does not like what they do ?

So go find the things that your passionate about, and work with them. Set your goals, think about the goals you have often and eventually you will find fun ways to complete them.

Be Patient, Consistant and Persistant.

Linked in with some of the above. Nothing happens over night, people must learn the trade they want to be the best in. Doctors spend 5-8 years learning to be a doctor, everyone spends time learning to drive, and guess what most of us make mistakes as we learn these new things, however this isn't a reason for us to stop. So be patient with the goals you set, trust that if your honest to yourself, eventually with some effort from yourself, they will come true.

Be persistant, as with everything in life, we dont always get everything straight away, be persistant in what you do, and the results will follow. World class snooker players, play frame after frame after frame, until they are good enough to win. They are persistant in what they do, and eventually the rewards follow.

Failure is one step closer to success.

Remember this, just because you fail at something is no indication that you cant make it. Most of the successful people in the world, have failed many times, before they became what they were. Its these life experience's that make us what we are, and help us to grow stronger, as long as we learn from our mistakes thats all that matters.

Be hungry for knowledge, and ask questions.

Most successful people are hungry for knowledge, they ask lots of questins and learn all the time. They will even ask questions, that some people will consdier to be stupid questions. However no question is stupid if you dont know the answer.

The hunger for knowledge is great, as in this one lifetime we have, there is so much to learn, and so little time to do it in. People should never stop learning. One day you may gain some knowledge that helps you achieve one of those goals you set yourself.

Networking is key

A lot of successful people network with other people. These can be other successful people, or just with people who have different skill sets to themselves. This again helps them to learn and develop. At the same time it also means that when they need help with things, there is generally someone around to help them.

We also tend to mold into the people we hang around with. SO if you spend your time with successful people, the chances are that you will become successful yourself. If you tend to spend your time with misrable people who have no money and hate life, the chances are… well lets not go there.

Look into the future

Looking into the future is also important here, seeing the bigger picture, and avoiding the rush for instant gratification, is one of the things that differentiate successful people and the non successful people.

As I mentioned before nothing comes easy and nothing comes quick, so if you stick to the plan, now where your going, it will happen. See past the present and into the future. Plan ahead and let nothing get in your way.

Take action

Yes this is a biggie. Whilst a lot of people talk the talk, you need to take action to achieve what you want in this world, because its very unlikely that it will get handed to you on a plate. No excuses just take action. If you set yourself a goal, if you dont take action, all you are doing is letting yourself down.  Below is another quote which is so true.

"Everything you want is out there waiting for you to ask.  Everything you want  also wants you.  But you have to take action to get it." Jack Canfield

I hope that has helped some people, it is this knowledge that will halp me on my way to becoming a millionaire, and it is this knowledge, and the action, that you my readers take, which can help you achieve whatever it is you want.

To our continued success and development.  God Bless All. DT.
